Get It is a Google Sheets Add-On which requires a Desktop/Laptop computer.

 
 
 

Build Get It forms on your desktop with Google Sheets

 
 

Use & Submit the forms on your phone

 
  1. Install Get It

 

From a desktop/laptop computer, visit
Our Chrome Webstore Site, or:

  1. Open a Google Sheet
  2. Click the Add-ons > Get add-ons
  3. Search for Get It Forms
  4. Click on the "+ FREE" button to install

You'll be asked to authorize Get It

  1. Choose your Google Account
  2. Click the blue "Accept" button.

Almost Done!

  • Click Add-ons > Get It - Forms > Start

The Get It Sidebar will appear

  • Login in with your Google account
  • Authorize Get It a second time to begin

2. Create Get It Forms

 

From a Google Sheet:

  • Click Add-ons > Get It - Forms > Start

From the Get It Sidebar:

  • Choose a form template, or customize your own.  

  • Once a template is chosen, columns can be deleted/modified as needed.

Get it will rename the main worksheet as ‘Editor’ and create a new worksheet ‘Responses’.

  • Editor is where you create the look and feel of the form for your users

  • Responses is where all user form submissions will populate

Set User Response Columns:

Select the column you’d like to map out on the spreadsheet, and then click ‘add column’ on the Get It Sidebar. These are the columns where you want to receive responses from your users.

Share your form:

Once you’ve chosen a template, or built your own, click the ‘Create Form’ button on the Get It Sidebar.

Once you’ve created your form, you’ll be given a link to share with your users.

  3. Use Get It Forms

 

Get It forms are easy to use!

  • Open the link, enter your responses, submit!

  • Responses will populate in your Google Sheet.

4. Managing Form Responses

The Responses worksheet summarizes all user submissions.

Additionally, each new submission creates a new individual worksheet.
